I enjoy using the Shoppers App, but today I used it to shop & do a pickup. It was convenient until I got to the store. I followed all the directions listed under "pick up instructions" & still waited 15 min for someone to bring my groceries. I ended up going inside to customer service & had to take my groceries out myself which wasn't an issue but not what I was expecting. The CS attendant was very helpful. There is a # u have to txt posted on the sign. This step isn't in the instructions.

Terrible app. It gives me a store 50 miles away from my house to shop at. There's no option to select the correct store only 3 miles away. Gluten-free shopping is a joke. Everything is gluten-free. It doesn't eliminate the gluten products.

More often than not, I run into issues with loading the digital coupons & weekly ad. I have the app set to the store I go to saved, but today when I opened the app it said digital coupons weren't available and store list in unavailable. I like being able to see the sales ad when making my shopping list. My other complaint is that the digital coupons never change. They're the same coupons every week. I barely clip any of the digital coupons because I don't buy those items. Please update app.

Shoppers gives you $10.00 coupon off if you spend $50.00 which I usually do anyway, so it's worth it for me to go there even though it's out of the way. Once I went to the Shoppers in Laurel & they refused to give me the $10.00 off because they said I had to have the app on my phone. What did that have to do with it? I still had the coupon. I never went there again. I did report it to the main store, but I never got the $10.00 dollars off or an apology for driving to the Laurel store for nothing.
