Best Mentors for Short-Term Rentals! I have been a Realtor since 2018 and have helped several investors look for long-term rental investments. Now that I have switched to short-term, Avery and Luke Carl have been a god sent. I have so much to learn, and they make it so easy to grasp. It's definitely worth investing in STS+ if you can, but they have a ton of free information as well.
