For people who don't have directv or shorts international this app is plain inaccessible.....it does not even gyide us to a register or subscribe page or something it just doesn't show anything......does not seem very new user-friendly.....

I really want to subscribe to this service as I love short films, but this company seems determined to fail. I tried their free trial about 2 years ago but did not subscribe then because I just could not get the app to work on my Android TV. I tried again today thinking that 2 years was more than enough time for them to fix their app, but I was wrong. I was able to sign up on my phone but every attempt to log in on my TV failed. What a terrible experience.

It won't load it says it is not in ur area, and it won't let me put in my email so u know when I will be able to use the app I am in the United States Vermont how to get it in my area help me

Unable to sign up at all on any devices, and I tried 4! Quick download but gives "Not connected to the internet"message when attempting sign up. As much as I LOVE the Shortstv channel-my television stayed on the channel almost 24/7 when I was in hospital for over 3 months-I'm not going back to Direct TV to watch it. I'm so very disappointed.
