I have been using this app for about 6 months and planning to continue using it. During these 6 months I ran into some problems and bugs, some have been fixed with updates and others remaining unfixed. Like when you remove equipment from the list of available equipment it still shows workouts for that specific equipment. Another problem is when you delay a workout for later it will change the whole workout. Lastly I have a suggestion: the workout routine should change from time to time.

★★★★☆ Stu Martin · Feb 1, 2026

I really like this app, but it's been freezing, crashing and the losing my entire workout 2 sets from the end. It's getting frustrating.

★☆☆☆☆ Kevin Smith · Jul 21, 2026

Super glitchy as others have said. It started with a couple of annoying things here and there. Latest thing is that it ignores equipment settings, so I'll have smith machine as the one piece of equipment removed from the workout, and it gives me an entire smith machine workout. I was getting good results from the workouts for the first few months using it, but the latest glitches have made it completely pointless for me. The support is somewhat responsive, but they don't actually fix the problems.

★☆☆☆☆ Justin “Justachu” Dietz · Mar 7, 2026

Was an amazing app, until today, constantly resets to overall workout, skips exercises when phone screen closes, duplicate bug on workouts, It's pretty unusable rn due to this. Everytime I do a workout and go to phone to enter reps and weight, the exercise resets to beginning.

★☆☆☆☆ Ron Toppel · Mar 14, 2026

This app is full of glitches. You get done with one set and the next set turns into the same thing you just did. Example, did wide grip bench press 12,10,8. Then was supposed to do wide grip curls 12,10,8. But when the rest is up it says we are doing bench press again. This happens all the time. This app will also lose track of your weight you put in. I stopped using this app for two weeks because of this, tried it again today, and it's the same. Don't buy this app.
