non-refundable... by mistake we booked darshan ticket on a wrong date and cancelled n rebooked but got a prompt the amount is not refundable. Can't explain how it feels like... terrible

Unable to book accommodation through this app, most fraud and worst app. Rooms showing green color available, I tried by selecting seeing available accommodation date, after entering all details it simply showing not available on that requested date. My time wasted, I think it's fake or fraud app. Collecting all details including ID proofs, then showing accommodation not available, which is 100% fraud/ cheating. This is why Hindu devotees nowadays not going to Shirin because of these people failure
