I like the idea of a takeaway app focusing on the local area with some outlets exclusive to this app. I had some issues setting it up when I tried to link my Facebook account and block access to my location which forced me to reinstall it and set up a Shrewsbury Eats account, so I have taken a star off for that. However, once I got it up and running it has been easy to use with options only available on this app such as more choices for hot chocolate at Planet Doughnut and the option to tip the delivery driver when compared with Just Eat. However, I would like more payment options such as PayPal and Google Pay like I can on Just Eat instead of just a credit or debit card. Then again, this app has its own pros and cons when compared with the major nationwide apps so choose wisely if the same takeaway is available on more than one app.

Do not use!! Absolutely shocking delivery drivers used. Cant find the address even with explicit details on how to do so. Just spent 15 minutes trying to find my food, which the driver just left in the wrong building. He did not try and contact me at all. Bloke on the phone kept saying, 'he's left it in the main building behind the gate, go and check'. There is no gate, and I was in the main building.to which he just kept saying the same thing, took me 5 minutes to even get a refund agreed.
