This app is amazing for its quick and easy identification capabilities. Even if you use the free version, it's just enough to figure out what kind of mushroom you're looking at. If you upgrade to the pro version (I paid for an annual membership), you unlock many incredible features such as listing mushrooms growing in your area, priority queue for ID, and offline mode, for when you're deep in the woods and don't have service. Overall it's a great app and probably one of the best out there.

I wish there was a "run against" feature for the submitted photos. Like submit your typical upload pics, and select a species you want it to check for. Output the details on what does or does not fit the comparison so ppl can learn the differences. This dev really takes opinions from members highly and if you have recommendations, speak up. They WILL be heard in time if possible. Free user, paid user, whatever, he honors user opinions in the higest regards unlike other apps

Groups are just a load of Losers. A bunch of morons asking for Mushroom identification like the identifier/quick predictions isn't already free-to-use in the app? It's just useless to having a mushroom app if ignorant aren't asking for a confirmation identification when all they want is people telling them if the shrooms they find are psychedelic or not. It's a Circus of a community, and they'll gladly jerk each other off to ignore the obvious ignorance being pointed out.

DO NOT USE THE FREE TRIAL! You will be charged, and you will not get that money back. I literally just activated it and instantly lost $15.99. I've already cancelled the subscription, but I haven't gotten my money back. Update: After about 2 and a half hours I got a refund. Do not use the trial unless you intend on buying it.
