Love the service and horror movies I get to watch. My low rating is about the app. It's terribly done and freezes up a lot even after using it on my brand-new phone. I don't want to compare it to Netflix, but why can't they do the app similar to that? Or tubi?! Both work well and never freeze up on me. Eta: ever since the new update, the app has improved so much. Kudos to the developers cause all of that work paid off. It runs so smoothly; I love the download option too!

I've been a user for a long time, but they just totally overhauled the app, and I wanted to say I love the changes. I've cancelled Netflix, there's better stuff to watch on Shudder.

As much as I love Shudder, and it's content, I'm tired of all the price increases. I know just canceling my subscription means nothing but with a fixed income it's becoming too much. I get that it's only going up to 9.99, but I think it's time to say enough.

It won't let you watch movies you have to uninstall the program yeah to unplug and reset your tablet now that I'm canceling my order I can't even get into my account now I do have until May 13th 2026, but now it won't let me in to watch any movies content not available retry, or it just won't let me in with my email address in password, and I complained about this about 2 weeks ago I've been watching TV and Pluto and no headaches I watch a full movie been watching TV for horror movies at no co
