I still have issues with managing priority between my laptop and smartphone. I would like to be able to set priority of my laptop over my smartphone so that when I'm working and listening to music and get a Zoom call, the laptop takes priority.

Great and Clean app. But when changing to a different earbud setting, SE215 to Aonic 4 in the app. I feel the audio quality and volume drops. Is this correct? Best Regards, Kendrick Murillo

I just turned my Shure Sound Signature to Sennheiser Sound Signature, the Bandwidth setting is just brilliant!

I love the headphones (Aonic 40), and the app is very capable and well done. Best EQ I've seen in an app (parametric, but easy to use). Very happy with Shure as always.

Feature request: I noticed in the past months of using my Aonic TW2 that the left headphone runs out of battery way faster than the right headphone. When L - 10% the R - 40%, which is a huge difference. So please set the default connected headphone the one with most battery life left - on the go while playing. Or let me manually chose between the two at anytime. At the moment I have tu turn both on, check battery life, the turn-off / on the one with the least battery... Quite annoying...

The app insists on me granting storage permissions and terminates if I dare to refuse. I have no intention whatsoever to use it for playing music since I already have the perfect app for this purpose. I only want to configure and control my headphone settings. You might want to hire the Shokz developers to show you how to write the perfect companion app for headphones.

The app is just awful. The EQ is completely broken - a buggy nightmare. The Aonic 50s sound great, but the build quality is so bad. I'm on my second pair. The headband snaps and leather crumbles. Now the app disaster is the final straw. I won't buy Shure headphones again. Sorry, but there is no excuse for this at the asking price.

The app refuses to open if you don't give it permission to spam you with the notifications. I'm sorry, you do not get to hold my hardware hostage so that your marketing team can steal my attention.

It's unreliable, it often won't load working Shure devices without disconnect/reconnect slow to load set up for known devices the bloated app has a built-in music player that stinks when every platform already has great music players the options are very limited regarding equalization (especially automated equalization and hearing frequency tests) seems like an app intended for premium devices should raise the bar, rather than drop the ball

Currently, Unusable with TW1's (& now the TW2's) . Having managed the briefest of connections to the Properties section of the app (but insufficient time to think about assigning button functions & settings) I'm stuck in a perpetual Properties download loop. Which looks great, but ultimately achieves not a lot. Frustrating also that eq settings can only be applied if your chosen tune is played via the PLAY app. Which in itself, doesn't really have a recognizable 'player' front.?
