Junk. You can't even upload photos to make a book. It jumps right to 70% uploaded and freezes there. I've waited 20 minutes and it never loaded them
★☆☆☆☆Andrea Bradley· Aug 15, 2026
Uploaded photos to the app with my phone. It locked me out of the project on my desktop computer and will not upload whatever photos that are stuck in "queue" no matter what I do. It seems like my only opton is to delete my project I've worked on for 3 days and start fresh. Not going to happen! Pretty frustrating.

Since the latest update it has been so frustrating. I am working on a photo book. I sign in and some photos have been rotated just the odd one here and there, so you have to hunt of it. Then today I signed in and all the photos have been removed. The layout and the words are there but no photos. I've spent 2 hrs trying to put it all back together. Hope things get better.
