Since the latest update it has been so frustrating. I am working on a photo book. I sign in and some photos have been rotated just the odd one here and there, so you have to hunt of it. Then today I signed in and all the photos have been removed. The layout and the words are there but no photos. I've spent 2 hrs trying to put it all back together. Hope things get better.

Ever since the update the app will only open for a second on my phone. A little disappointing for me considering how often I used to use Shutter fly.

Yes there are free prints through the app HOWEVER, I ordered 50ish prints for my daughter's graduation and couldn't use about 15 to 20 of them due to some of them being cropped so bad it cut heads off among other issues. Of course the original photo was NOT cropped that way. Other times it says low resolution on photos that had not been cropped or altered. When a photo was uploaded to the cart the photo appeared way off center.don't know if it would be printed that way or like the original.
