I signed up and every restaurant in the area was unavailable. I tried to reach out to customer service, and they just said I had the right address and ended the conversation there. Garbage

Really bad interface on the website. The money was deducted, later an error came up that they don't deliver to my area. Tried ordering second time on the app, order confirmed and got an email the restaurant doesn't have item available. Cannot even track your food delivery driver on their app. Useless app

Terrible service. I waited almost 2 hours for the delivery then it says it came when it didn't. Do not use this app for food delivery in Korea. Use 배달의민족
