Been with Shyft for yoga almost 2 years now. Very good sessions of fitness and yoga with seasoned trainers. I enjoy my sessions and thanks to Shyft, I am able to do my regular session of yoga wherever I am.

I joined Shyft to work on my flexibility. Trainer Preeti Patel is very engaging and helped a beginner like me understand the classes well.

I'm loving my yoga classes and Meditation on the app. The instructors are really polite and friendly. I really love the calming vibes I get here. It doesn't feel like online session. I highly recommend Mind house for a better mind, body and soul.

Disappointed, I had purchased yoga for thyroid package. In starting they say they have multiple batches from 6 to 11 am. But they have only 1 batch in the morning. And they are not giving me access to the general yoga classes too. They are demanding more money from me. They guys are scammer. Don't buy any package from shyft.

I have been asked the sales to join this program without making me aware complet process I have asked to postpone my payment, but they forced me to do as the offer will get expired. And they promised me that the time is flexible. But when I joined I came to know that my time is not matching there time, so I asked a refund at that time they are saying that there is no refund for this. Even I came to know that there were free trials but that also I was not known. Now the rep is not replying.pls look

These people are sheer cheaters.pls think thrice before investing money.this is not about the classes but the plan active period and flexibility as they assure and Won't give when enrolled for. I enrolled for 36 classes which were active till 7 dec.and all of a sudden I got to know that it has been changed to 13tg Nov. Cheaters!! I will never ever recommend this
