Siber VPN is a free VPN for Android with no account and no subscription. A simple, fast VPN proxy: one round button and a location picker — that is the whole product. It works the moment you install it. Ads keep it free, so there is nothing to buy and nothing to sign up for.

A CONNECTION THAT STAYS UP

The app keeps several independent routes to each location open at once. If one stops passing traffic, it moves your session onto another in place — the tunnel is not rebuilt, the connection does not drop, and a download or a call keeps going. Most of the time you will not notice.

The app is not satisfied by "the connection was established" — it checks that traffic actually flows. A route that looks alive but passes nothing is treated as dead and replaced. That is why it holds on where an ordinary connection has already stalled.

PRIVACY

• No registration: no email, no phone number, no password. There is no login at all.
• Ads pay for the servers. They use an advertising ID (AD_ID); you can reset it or turn off personalisation in Android settings.
• Ad networks are third-party SDKs. They see the advertising ID and general device data, not what you browse. Analytics is anonymous: no account, no profile, and you can turn it off in Settings.
• We do not collect your browsing history: what you open, the app neither knows nor sends.
• DNS for foreign sites travels inside the tunnel. Russian sites resolve via Yandex DNS and connect directly, so they keep working.
• Your IP is replaced with the server's for the sites you visit, except Russian ones — those connect directly, as above.
• On an open network, non-Russian traffic goes through the tunnel. What that hides depends on the channel — see the policy.
• Stated plainly: a counter — connections succeeded, failed, country code — travels inside the tunnel and tells us which servers stopped working. Anonymous analytics carries a random install id, no account, no profile. Ad networks get an advertising ID. None of the three records what you browse.
• Permissions: internet, network and Wi-Fi state, wake lock, foreground service, notifications, plus the advertising ID and the ad-related permissions the ad SDKs add.

HOW TO USE IT

1. Open the app and tap the round button.
2. Android asks once for permission to set up a VPN — tap OK.
3. The status changes to PROTECTED. Tap the button again to disconnect.

No settings to fill in, no config files to import. To change location, tap the location row.

WHAT THIS APP DOES NOT HAVE — ON PURPOSE

Plainly: no paid version, no plans, nothing to buy, no account. There is no ad or tracker blocker. We do not promise a particular site will work — a VPN changes the route your traffic takes, that is all.

LOCATIONS

Only a few locations right now; we add more as capacity allows. The list inside the app is always current.

REQUIREMENTS AND SMALL PRINT

• Android 7.0 or newer.
• While the VPN is on, a notification with a Disconnect button stays in your status bar. Android requires this for VPN apps.
• Interface language: English and Russian, switchable in Settings.

DO I NEED AN ACCOUNT?

No. No email, no phone number, no password — install it and press the button. This free VPN does not create a profile and does not tie you to anything.

ARE THERE ADS, OR ANYTHING TO BUY?

Ads, yes — a banner on the main screen, and a full-screen ad when you open the app, when you tap connect, and after you disconnect. Never over the Android permission dialog. There is nothing to buy: no subscription, no paid tier.

HOW IS THIS DIFFERENT FROM PAID VPNS?

Fewer features and honest wording. Ads pay for it, so you do not.
