It is like having a personal assistant, I started with the Sidekick Tools app. About a year ago. It does so much for me and my sales, it helps me list, relist, cross list and optimize. This app. Also gives offers, and you can set up for any amount or %. Sidekick Tools app. Could be used on your phone or computer. It is so much more I can say about it, but try it for yourself free for 7 days and decide.

Sidekick Tools has been a time-saving tool for me and my business. I cross list to multiple platforms, and having the ability to list to multiples at once is a must-have. His newest app creations of being able to create realistic stock photos is AMAZING, and BOLO Buddy to compare prices across multiple platforms is especially helpful while sourcing, and much more. The staff is awesome to work with, and the creator, Mike, listens to feedback and is always trying to improve the user's experience.

Since the new update I'm just a bit overwhelmed, and I can't get my cross list account to connect. It's in the app, but it says im not signed in to my cross list account. I don't understand, it's all connected now. There is nowhere to sign in as my account is already attached and running through sidekick.

I'm not even exaggerating. This is the worst experience I've ever had with an app. It gives me error messages every which way. I had to do most of the set-up on their actual website. I can't log in with my credentials, I have to do it with an email code. I couldn't even CREATE A N ACCOUNT THROUGH THEIR APP. I can't link my Postmark. Waste of a good half hour. Links that take me to nowhere. And it looks like it's from the year 2000.

Since combining Sidekick with Cross listing and updating the app doesn't work well and won't allow cross listing to other apps. It also has problems sending offers to customers. Causing losses in listing and sales. They have not been able to fix it.

Randomly stopped working for 2 days and my trial is running out in 2 days Receiving so many emails that I cannot unsub from, as I already deleted my account. Just received a marketing email telling me why $30 a month is not too much. Yes IT IS! This app does not even help generate profit to cover that. You've got to create tiers. $30 is waaay too much for a smaller closet, while one with 2000 items might make sense.
