Sidekick Tools has been a time-saving tool for me and my business. I cross list to multiple platforms, and having the ability to list to multiples at once is a must-have. His newest app creations of being able to create realistic stock photos is AMAZING, and BOLO Buddy to compare prices across multiple platforms is especially helpful while sourcing, and much more. The staff is awesome to work with, and the creator, Mike, listens to feedback and is always trying to improve the user's experience.

I've been using this app for about 1.5 years now and LOVE IT. the developers are quick to install changes when needed, so the platforms are always in sync and up to date. I've tried all the others and have no idea why anyone would use anything else. This app has it all (almost). Crosslisting, automation, delisting sold from other platforms, sales reports, and so much more. What I love best is that it's NOT an extension. I have always done all my listings from my phone. Add Vinted to be perfect!

Since the new update I'm just a bit overwhelmed, and I can't get my cross list account to connect. It's in the app, but it says im not signed in to my cross list account. I don't understand, it's all connected now. There is nowhere to sign in as my account is already attached and running through sidekick.

This app is OFF and glitching more hours of the day than it's ON and sharing my closet. 3 days in a row it's been saying my closet is on a vacation hold but is NOT. There's no chat with customer service, so you have to email and wait even more hours for a semi-response

Can't sign up (tried with Postmark, Gmail) nothing allows me to. I have an Android, and see comments about this app not being Android friendly. That's unfortunate.

I'm not even exaggerating. This is the worst experience I've ever had with an app. It gives me error messages every which way. I had to do most of the set-up on their actual website. I can't log in with my credentials, I have to do it with an email code. I couldn't even CREATE A N ACCOUNT THROUGH THEIR APP. I can't link my Postmark. Waste of a good half hour. Links that take me to nowhere. And it looks like it's from the year 2000.

Used the app to cross list from depot to postmark, the first thing I noticed was it gives you a "special price" for cross listing of $4.99 but the app won't take a payment less than $5.00. Then, all the sizing information was posted wrong. I was able to find out after shipping orders out and getting negative reviews concerning sizes. Had to go back through and manually check sizes against the pictures and make sure the posted size matched. Waste of money, waste of time.
