A great app/website for finding affordable sports equipment. I just got back into skiing after more than 10 years, so I didn't want to dump a ton of money into gear right off the bat, but I also didn't want to keep wasting money on renting it either. Adding pictures to listing all of a sudden doesn't work? And time to address your antiquated fee structure, if I'm selling a used but decent sporting good item for $5, to avoid it going in landfill, why is the fee more than 50% plus you are profiting on shipping... stop this predatory behavior. Searching for something is ridiculous on this app, you scroll through results and then when you go back it takes you to the top of the search results... been like this for 3 years & it's still not fixed.

Poor customer service!! No actual person to speak to or phone number to call. Appears they always side with the seller in disputed transactions and the buyer is stuck with an inferior item with no recourse.

Highly recommend against buying anything on here. I'd go to a local play it again sports before touching this app again. I was sold damaged unusable equipment without it being disclosed. Which is against their policy. I disputed it and they blew it off. If someone sells you damaged equipment they will still release the funds to them no questions asked. Use extreme caution. Or if you need to get rid of damaged equipment that can't be used this may be perfect for you.
