It was a little rocky at first getting the equipment sent to the wrong address and stuff, but customer support 100%, and very easy to deal with, the device itself has not let me down yet, going on a year or so of constant use, battery life is what you would expect, I get a couple to 3 weeks before having to charge up, very satisfied with the device and service after the sell.

Might be the cheapest, but I feel it is also probably the worst GPS tracker and app! Might better look elsewhere. Definitely no way it is a three-second update on the GPS thing either! Most times, it doesn't even show my vehicles!

I've used the app for years. About two years ago the push alerts to the app stopped working. I've cleared the cache, uninstalled, reinstalled multiple times. So no alerts at all for geo-fence. No speed alerts. Just manual location checking; not useful. Can't set or change speed alerts from the app or from any mobile browser. If you don't have access to a laptop you can't stop getting speed alerts. It's 2026. This app is 10+ years behind the times. Needs a full overhaul and feature parity with web
