Great service. Note that some things are available only through the website. The app is great for getting location and watching travel and speed in real time. The website allows you to get reports on speed and location. You can use the website to set areas where you will be automatically notified when the vehicle enters. The tracking can get sometimes stuck when the signal is blocked due to maybe being a parking garage. Peace of mind!

Works amazing easy functions and very accurate. Battery life is slow from 100% to 50% 1–8 days but battery drops from 50% to 10% within a day. At 60 minute checks.

Over all, it's a good app and unit but sometimes it will lock up and show the unit isn't moving when it is moving sometimes anywhere from 4 to 8 or more hours other than that it's a really good unit and app.

'Fence' notification simply does not work, contacted tech support on this issue several times, tried reinstalling software multiple times, reviewed all the notifications, but it has never once worked. Device seems to have difficulty waking up or something, even with 60-second update frequency setting. Otherwise I guess it has some value if you're looking for historical location info.

I've used the app for years. About two years ago the push alerts to the app stopped working. I've cleared the cache, uninstalled, reinstalled multiple times. So no alerts at all for geo-fence. No speed alerts. Just manual location checking; not useful. Can't set or change speed alerts from the app or from any mobile browser. If you don't have access to a laptop you can't stop getting speed alerts. It's 2026. This app is 10+ years behind the times. Needs a full overhaul and feature parity with web

This app is absolutely ridiculous. Horrible tracking. My boat has moved 100s of miles and yet it shows it still in 1 spot. Does not matter if mine or wife's Samsung or my IPad. So tired of restarting phone, taking the damn thing "for a walk" going through app permissions on phones. They sent me a new unit, I got a new phone just in case that was it. I'm done.
