Description
The SilverCloud location management software app will allow owners and users of the SilverCloud and SilverCloud Sync real-time GPS tracking systems, the ability to view and monitor the precise location of their assets or vehicles, whether it's a single vehicle or an entire fleet of vehicles, from anywhere conveniently from their phone. Users will be able to monitor the speed of each vehicle and the battery life of each device simply by tapping on the vehicle icon located on the map - accurate to within 2.5 meters (6 feet) of the device. The location also updates automatically, showing the real-time GPS location of the user's vehicles. Vehicle updates will be based on user's data plan - 3 minutes, 1 minute, 30 seconds, 10 seconds, 5 seconds, or as fast as 3 second continuous updates. Since the SilverCloud software utilizes Maps, users will have the option of viewing the map in Standard View, Satellite View or a Hybrid of both. To DEMO the SilverCloud App, download and enter: 1. Great service. Note that some things are available only through the website. The app is great for getting location and watching travel and speed in real time. The website allows you to get reports on speed and location. You can use the website to set areas where you will be automatically notified when the vehicle enters. The tracking can get sometimes stuck when the signal is blocked due to maybe being a parking garage. Peace of mind!

Works amazing easy functions and very accurate. Battery life is slow from 100% to 50% 1–8 days but battery drops from 50% to 10% within a day. At 60 minute checks.

Over all, it's a good app and unit but sometimes it will lock up and show the unit isn't moving when it is moving sometimes anywhere from 4 to 8 or more hours other than that it's a really good unit and app.

Not worth the subscription. You can buy any tracker for 10 $15 more and pay no subscription. The app doesn't even have good functions. The notifications are super delayed. If you set up a fence it will notify you when the car left the zone 10 15 minutes later. Will be returning at the end of the subscription and buying a better brand one. Not to mention there's no actual support. You have to call them or email them. The device works when it wants to. It didn't update for 2 days.

'Fence' notification simply does not work, contacted tech support on this issue several times, tried reinstalling software multiple times, reviewed all the notifications, but it has never once worked. Device seems to have difficulty waking up or something, even with 60-second update frequency setting. Otherwise I guess it has some value if you're looking for historical location info.
