SilverLink Launcher is a simple, accessible Android home screen designed for seniors and anyone who finds smartphones overwhelming. With large icons, clear voice guidance, and one-touch access to the people and apps that matter most, SilverLink helps your loved

THE HOME SCREEN

📱 Large Clock — time and date are always visible in big, clear text, so there's never any squinting or searching.

📱 Simple App Grid — favorite apps are shown as large, easy-to-tap icons. Choose 2, 3, or 4 columns to suit each user. Apps you use most often automatically move to the front, so the apps you need are always within reach.

📱 Quick Contact Bar — pin your most important contacts (family, doctor, friends) in a horizontal strip on the home screen. Tap once to call — no digging through the contacts list.

📱 Handy Bottom Toolbar — one-tap access to All Apps, Dialer, Contacts, Volume, Voice, Flashlight, and SOS. Everything is one tap away.

MAKE A CALL, SIMPLY

📞 Quick Dial — tap a pinned contact to call them immediately. Every shortcut is a single, large button.

📞 Simple Contacts — manage a small list of important contacts right inside the app. No need to navigate a huge system address book. You can also import contacts from your device in one step.

📞 Big-Button Dialer — a large, clear number keypad with easy-to-read digits. If the app can't dial directly, it gently hands off to the system dialer for confirmation.

SAFETY WHEN IT MATTERS

🚨 One-Touch SOS — an emergency feature that's easy to find and use. Pressing SOS triggers a sound-and-light alarm, automatically calls your preset emergency contact, and can send your current location and an emergency SMS so help can find you. You can enable or
disable this feature in settings and choose the emergency contact yourself.

VOICE GUIDANCE

🔊 Every action can be confirmed aloud. The app speaks app names, contact names, and navigation prompts, so users who prefer to listen — or struggle to read small text — always know what's happening.

APP LIST & SEARCH

Your data stays on your device. SilverLink stores contacts, settings, and preferences locally on the phone. Nothing is uploaded to any server, and there are no analytics or tracking. No account or sign-in is required.

• Every contact gets a one-tap dial button and a menu to edit, delete, send SMS or email.
• Contacts keep their email when added or imported, so emails are addressed for you; a gentle step fills one in when missing.
• SOS is more reassuring: tapping it with no emergency contact set now guides you to add one.
• The launcher stays smoother and more dependable across apps and your home screen.
