Great game but staff sometimes refuse to move and/or work and the only way to fix it is to reload the game. There is no way to delete rooms and obtaining the materials needed for expanding the hospital is near impossible.

Terrible game. The translation is not the best but what really frustrates me is the gameplay. Emergency patients would come in and almost die immediately. Also, I assign a doctor to a room, but he just walks around laughing from time to time when patients are queuing up not getting treated. Also, after hearing the music in the game, I just want to rip my ears out. I swear, I can still hear it haunting me while I write this review. Also, this is a p2w game. Just stay away from this trash.

I just bought diamonds, and I did not receive them. How do I get a refund or my diamonds before I delete the game ??

Would be a great game if upgrades didn't take ages etc. You can't delete rooms which is a pain. And at the moment no patients seem to be going into any of the rooms. And it's absolutely ridiculous that you need lots of gems to expand your hospital. You need to make it easier or nobody will play
