Not enough in the Simmons credit card app. I need to be able to pay bill, look at transactions, etc.

For the 10+ yrs I've used this credit card they've never had an app for credit card users. All they offer is a web portal with a tedious sign on that requires phone or email verification *every time* I sign in. Today on the play store I see they finally offer a credit card app! So I install, hoping to make payments and view transactions without having to verify every time I sign in. But no. It's just for alerts! Simmons Bank doesn't care about their credit card customers. This app is the proof.

I couldn't get it to work from the beginning. After install it doesn't work, and I can't open it, so I went to forgot username and tried forgot password I put in my email and get the message, if you have an email on the account I'll get a message sent to me, (no message). Put in my phone number, same message and same no message back. So I can only conclude that it maybe a sham to gather information. And since I can't find a phone number nor address to write I'm quite bemused.
