Sellouts...sold to bbva and added fees to everything. Took what simple was...simple...and turned it back into old boomer banking with fees that punish for everything. I hope BBVA goes bankrupt for being a typical greedy...terrible incentive bank. Please burn to the ground and never come back as a rebrand. Sincerely yours, A 9 year account holder. Ps. I hate you and have switched to discover banking. I suggest everyone that reads this to look at your user policy and compare the difference

Never even got to use it. Relieved my card, had money in the acct, even had money sent to my acct. Never received it, thousands mind you, then my acct was hacked. Never even used the bank card so hmmmmmm could never get to speak to anyone or even get through poorest " acct" EVER

Horrible experience. Simple closed my account without notice and now I'm told i have to wait for my balance to be sent via check in the mail. So I'm unable to pay bills or anything for that matter. Will Simple pay my late fees? Support is a joke. When they do respond - it's with templated messages. Not once has my question been answered or even acknowledged. Glad Simple is closing their doors. This entire experience blows my mind. Never thought a bank could be so inconsiderate
