This morning I was late from work, because the simple service was not available, and I had to go home to get cash. Why would I ever buy a ticket here again, if the app doesn't work, when I have to show it?

Simple card is not available, support cannot fix the issue for months. Recommended workarounds just don't work. Money locked. This app is quite unmature, definitely needs some improvement and support team requires training.

Loading, loading, loading... Still loading... There is too much downtime for anyone to be able to trust the service to be available when needed.
