When a phone is turned on, this app will trigger a timer. For every 20 mins using the phone, a semi-transparent screen will pop up for 20 secs to remind user to relax his/her eye (it is called 20-20-20 rule). During that period, he/she can still use the phone to make a call just in case of emergency. However, this feature will not work in Android version 6 for some reasons.
The timer will run no matter the app's main page is running or not. This page will show the current time and next eye break time for information only.
Hope this app can help others having a healthy eyesight.

Recent changes:
The following were fixed:-
1) Current Time string is not in proper format when cell phone clock is set to 24 hrs format
2) Align font size of Current Time string with Next Eye Break Time string
3) Next Eye Break Time is not updated when app is moved to background
