This is the best workout log I've ever used for any kind of strength training. Also keeps track of cardio. I've been using it for at least 5 years. As the name says, simple, easy to use, reliable. Built in rest timer, easy to edit sets, plate calculator, English and metric.

The app does not track dates correctly and adds new workout entries to those of prior workouts, so you end up with new sets on a prior workout and no record of today's workout. Exercises state "last completed never" even if you have performed the exercise many times before. Also needs to be updated with larger buttons. These tiny buttons are a joke.

I have gotten absolutely NO response from them regarding the fact when I changed phones my cloud storage will not download in the app. I have been using it for over 10 years and again absolutely NO response.
