★★★★★ I bought the Sensor Pro Mirror in England from John Lewis dept. store, but could NOT get the mirror to sync to my 6.0.1 Android. I emailed Customer Services in California. A couple of days later they replied saying to contact the UK support team, so I sent the same scenario and questions via the link to web form they sent. A couple of hours later I got a reply from UK Support in which the rep suggested I take the mirror and phone close to my network router, which I should switch off and back on before trying to link. I tried this may times, but with no success. Finally, I got so frustrated that I sort of HIT at the Link screen on my phone, which accidentally swiped it from right to left and - lo and behold - there was a whole different menu on the next page where I could select the type of lighting, the alarm (the light coming on)/timer, etc. But, seriously, there was nothing saying LINKED or any arrow suggesting to SWIPE!!!! I LOVE the different light settings, plus I was able to take a photo in a different location which recorded the kelvin reading. This instantly became one of the settings I could choose on the menu. I'm glad I persevered and I'm now happy!

★★☆☆☆ Where is the app so I can order soap? Why is this mirror app the only SimpleHuman app available? I can't do anything with this app unless I link a mirror I don't have.

★★☆☆☆ I'm confused with this app. I constantly have to relink my mirror. I tried moving it around thinking it was my wifi.. not helpful. could you guys please update this app. I am on the cusp of returning this mirror because of the app. like the concept not the follow through.

★★☆☆☆ Absolutely horrible. Unable to link to my mirror. Mirror unable to connect to WiFi. Tested by removing WiFi password in router and it was able to connect...But I should not have to compromise security to use all functions of my "smart" mirror. And yes, I've watched your tutorial video, simplehuman.

★★☆☆☆ I can't link with my phone I have a Samsung Galaxy S6 edge and does not work, I need help
