★★★★★ It's not perfect; but it's pretty darn good. Perhaps recent growth has resulted in technical difficulties. The a.i. notetaker is awesome, clinically supportive. I know special practice will be growing and improving.

★★★★★ I was evaluating two different EMRs as I will begin my private practice soon. Simple Practice was superior far and away. It lives up to its moniker. It is an intuitive, and comprehensive tool I expect to be essential once I begin seeing clients. There are prompts for tracking payment/billing, there are also prompts incomplete case notes, following a session. It is easy, and intuitive to track clients. Clients are able to schedule via patient portal. Note Taker is now available as an add-on.

★★☆☆☆ Terrible experience - every time I download it, I have to uninstall and reinstall to keep it functioning and even then it's sporadic. Supports recommendation was to uninstall and reinstall in order to fix the issue.

★★☆☆☆ Yet again the app has become non-functional. Crashes immediately. Cleared the cache, uninstalled & reinstalled, restarted my phone. Nothing. We pay a lot for useless features these days, should at least have an operable app

★★☆☆☆ Update: I did update the app and that's when it started crashing. I have uninstalled it and reinstalled it twice, and it is still crashing when I attempt to open it. App won't even open since the last update. It crashes as soon as I click on it.
