Orders do not arrive on time due to Simplistic using FedEx fir shipping. FedEx in Texas is 100% unreliable! In 9 years, I have not received a single FedEx order on time. Not a single one! And if you haven't tried yet, FedEx does not have ANY live support! Everything bu phone is AI. All you will get if your order is kate, delayed, or even temporarily missing is "Your shipment is on the way". No help, no information, no explanations, they don't care and won't interact with anyone!

Simply Soda is great but this app is so bad. It forces me through the "first order" survey every time. It never loads properly, and I always have to log back in, emailing me code, so I have to open another app to log in.

This app has worked well for months. Now, all of a sudden I can't get it to load anything. It logs me out every time I close it and my cart is perpetually "updating." My app is up-to-date. It first started with the announcement of the four pack of canisters. Can't place an order to save my life.

Not working. First time user, I get as far as entering my address and hit continue to payment, then the bar goes Grey and doesn't move forward.
