This app has worked well for months. Now, all of a sudden I can't get it to load anything. It logs me out every time I close it and my cart is perpetually "updating." My app is up-to-date. It first started with the announcement of the four pack of canisters. Can't place an order to save my life.

Never remembers me. Never loads properly. Tells me to complete my first order every time I open the app. It's really just not good at all.

The app won't work. You can only get to the page to add your address and no further.

Orders do not arrive on time due to Simplistic using FedEx fir shipping. FedEx in Texas is 100% unreliable! In 9 years, I have not received a single FedEx order on time. Not a single one! And if you haven't tried yet, FedEx does not have ANY live support! Everything bu phone is AI. All you will get if your order is kate, delayed, or even temporarily missing is "Your shipment is on the way". No help, no information, no explanations, they don't care and won't interact with anyone!
