It just stopped notifying me. They did an update last week and said we had to be signed out. Now it doesn't notify me at all. And it won't let me give it permission to notify me.

When we first heard about this app we thought it was going to pave the way to improving the company and our work flow. However lately it's becoming a bigger issue than the old app. Calls don't come through, calls don't refresh, closed calls come back, and the app sends us known calls randomly throughout the day, even at early hours. We are unable to log out of the app. Most of the material outside of calls is useless to us since we don't have the equipment. Support offers no consistent solutions.

June 6, 2022, an update was released which completely breaks the ability to use DSV Blunder devices on Android Devices, however similar update is fine on iOS. If Blunder devices could be added with Android System, not required in app, they might be usable, but as of now, not possible.

Great... when it works. Currently using with an android device. After mid-June, the app kept hanging when attempting to sync to a route schedule. I was only able to proceed by uninstalling the app completely and re-installing. Have had to do this at least 3 times since 6/15/22 until this review on 8/18/22.
