★★★★★ I Love my simplisafe alarm system easy to install works amazing and the app for the phone work amazing as well.

★★★★★ After 6 months works great, great customer service. Outdoor cameras a little sluggish but I live rural with slow internet, and they still work.

★★★★★ Best home security system for the money. We had Ring prior and the connection to the camera and overall notifications were very slow (and we have 1 gig service!). Simplisafe, while not perfect, is miles faster and better than Ring, IMHO.

★★☆☆☆ Long story short, if someone breaks into your house and murders your family you can count on this app to say "No Video" 99% of the time and when it claims to be "recording movement" if you try to live view to deter the intruder guess again if you don't get a still video you connect when everythings already stolen even if you have a high speed internet connection. USELESS!

★★☆☆☆ Cameras are terrible. Can't even connects to live view for cameras. Takes forever to load anything camera related. Spend your money on something useful. (UPDATE) it has removed all my devices from my home and the base station reset itself. This is hands down the worst security system. I am so tired of all the problems Silicate has caused. I am switching to Waze for the better app interface and superior devices.
