Had magazine issues downloaded they updated the app lost all magazines and have no way to get them back. The customer service for the app does not answer emails

App does not work Customer services response after a week is to uninstall, reinstall and redeem purchase which doesn't work...so back to customer services who now don't respond at all. They have my money, I have no access to the magazine
