Customer support got back to me quickly from my original review on here I got a new phone and my app transferred but not the extra phrases I paid for, app wouldn't let me sign in. I went to pay again and going through that process reinstalled my purchase which didn't make sense. Nor could I find support through the app, I only got support on the reviews here after leaving a poor review. I like the app and the customer service, would definitely recommend

Unlocked the Thai Language, but sadly some of the learning module doesn't have sound. I cannot listen to the pronunciation. Have to copy the thai sentence and paste at Google Translate for listening.

I paid for the upgraded version with all the options. Since I have a new phone it seems now, I have only the basic app. I did send a message but had no reply. That was a while ago now. Would be nice to get back what I paid money for. Or least, reply to my message. Hence, the 1-star review. ** I have not received your email. Please, can you send it? ***Still waiting for your email. Not very polite or professional, I must say.
