I had ordered an item but didn't I had already purchased minutes before. So sent a message immediately to ask for a refund, but it took days for a response. Then was told I had to wait to receive it then get RMA# to send back. Then got message from Dahlia"Mommacorn" she was going to give store credit and asked what item I was wanting. She then said she was sending it "on the house" but used my store credit to pay for it. EVEN THOUGH THE ONE I WANTED WAS ON BLACK FRIDAY FOR 11.99 NOT 29.99!! 🙄🤬

Not good quality. Don't buy. The clothes look good on the models because they have these perfect bodies . Don't be fooled. It's a gamble with size. Fabric is not good ... you will be pulling your clothes all the time or looking frumpy. It's not even worth it to return it they take a huge chunk out of what you paid and there's a limit on how much you can return. Everything is overpriced for the quality. Better off going to a Nordstrom in person.

SO BOUTIQUE ARE GREEDY LIARS. I was blocked from shopping at Simply Obsessed Boutique by Sarah Gibbons for putting items back occasionally that I decided I no longer wanted to purchase. I still paid for those orders but was blocked & my family was too. Problem w/ comment sold app is they block you by your IP Address not acct. Name. So my daughters were blocked too. That needs to be fixed. Anyway wrote review on BBB on SO they told them I was not a customer of theirs. I sent BBB all receipt
