Instructor does not know the Yoga poses. Just watched the Suryanamaskar. It's all wrong. It's as good as a copy of a fake cheap copy.

Way to long of videos prior to doing it. It's not a good workout in my opinion to watch 2 minutes. Then do 2 minutes, repeat
