I love this app! 💯 You can choose level comfortable for you, work at your own pace. Rewind easily. No annoying chat from the instructor. Just good explanation on how to get into and hold the poses, also explanation on which part of body they work. Relaxing to work through. When comfortable with the poses and routine you can move up a level or stay where you are. 💯

I love this app and have used it for years, but it's now requiring me to create an account even though it's a free app. I'm not interested in creating an account, so I'm deleting this app. I'm bummed because it was the perfect go-to when I can't make it to yoga class.

I used and loved this app for years. Don't mind the ads. But after the last update you want me to create an account all of a sudden? I don't need more email spam, and you don't need my email address for me to exercise. Sadly uninstalling. Very disappointing.

Instructor does not know the Yoga poses. Just watched the Suryanamaskar. It's all wrong. It's as good as a copy of a fake cheap copy.
