Only used one time so far, thought it did a decent job at creating an estimate for me, asked all the right questions before generating a cost for me. May have to tweak the numbers, but it was definitely in the ballpark of what the estimate should include as far as materials and labor cost.

Buyer beware! They will text you really early on, constantly to ask how it's going. At first, it seemed fine. I tried out the feature where you can talk and take photos at the same time. If you take to long it crashes. I lost several hours trying to get it to work, only to have to keep starting over and over again. It's kind of hard to go fast when properties are in such disrepair that it takes more than 20 photos and 25 minutes to walk around the building. I want a refund!

Completely useless why does your app get stuck on "creating project breakdown" ? I have to restart the process again and again. I can literally put standard everything but there are still different questions every time I run the AI, and it still does nothing just sit on the creation project breakdown for hours. It's completely useless
