The app is very helpful and easy to use. It allows you to personalize your estimates sent to customers for a detailed professional look. The only downside is the app says it uses Home Depot pricing; however pricing is very wrong, so you have to go through and manually update all prices. For example, they put a sheet of 1/2" drywall at $1.60 when its really $13.78 without tax

You have to adjust a few prices, but it's really good if you do a lot of bidding then I'd definitely would say it's a must-have app...it keeps and breaks down the costs and everything...easy to show the builder or homeowners the break-down cost, so they can see where the money is going too....just got to watch out the square footage price and adjust it accordingly causes it sets it for all the cost of labor and concrete together and the charges the concrete prices as well, so it kinda doubles paying

I have been using it for a while now and it's been going downhill from the start. No more sending an estimate to the customer's email through the app (must use your own Gmail ect...) Notifications are on but never receive any notification when an estimate is requested, no longer get notified when the client opens the estimate, sometimes, and I do mean rarely will you get a notification when an estimate is approved. Estimate changes every time you generate one for the exact same job description.

first of all the app says it's free it is not it runs you through a bunch of questions then ask for a phone number shouldn't need a phone number for me to get cost estimate and or bidding suggestions for jobs the price is pretty expensive for a program that seems to have a lot of issues with software interfaces I mean I can bid my own jobs and hand write the invoices a lot cheaper than this they should not put that it's free it should say free trial for seven days this is misleading
