You have to adjust a few prices, but it's really good if you do a lot of bidding then I'd definitely would say it's a must-have app...it keeps and breaks down the costs and everything...easy to show the builder or homeowners the break-down cost, so they can see where the money is going too....just got to watch out the square footage price and adjust it accordingly causes it sets it for all the cost of labor and concrete together and the charges the concrete prices as well, so it kinda doubles paying

I have been using it for a while now and it's been going downhill from the start. No more sending an estimate to the customer's email through the app (must use your own Gmail ect...) Notifications are on but never receive any notification when an estimate is requested, no longer get notified when the client opens the estimate, sometimes, and I do mean rarely will you get a notification when an estimate is approved. Estimate changes every time you generate one for the exact same job description.

Once you sign up then they hit you with the charge after they have your info. They wait till the last second to tell.you.It's going to cost money...
