Every job has its own space

Each job in SINC gets a dedicated workspace — chat group, file and photo library, notes, dailies, and the crew assigned to it. When a question comes up next week about what happened at the Wilson house, the answer is where the job lives, not buried in someone's text history. New crew members coming onto a job see the full history. Covering a teammate's shift means walking in informed, not blind.

Hours and dailies tied to the job, automatically

Crew tap a job to start, or let geofences handle clock in and out as they arrive at and leave the site. Hours roll up per job, visit, or cost code — so you know exactly what each job is costing you in labor, today, not at month-end. Automated daily reports are generated overnight and delivered to your inbox each morning — a clean record of what was done, by whom, and how long it took, without anyone writing or submitting a thing.

Know where your crew is and what they're working on

The live map view shows every crew member's location in real time, alongside the job they're currently on. Live locations update throughout the shift, so you can see who's at which site, who's between jobs, and whether anyone's running late — without a single phone call. Schedules publish to your team with automatic notifications when anything changes, and shift start, clock-out, and arrival reminders mean nothing slips. End-of-shift injury reporting is built into the clock-out flow — built for trades where safety records actually matter.

We started out with the free version, as a very small company that just needed to track a couple of people's hours. Then, once we grew a bit larger, we signed up for a starter package and found out how helpful the job tracking feature can be for keeping everyone informed on what site we're working on, and what needs to be done. Our employees can easily log their time, and I can download everyone's hours to get payroll done. Affordable app for small business!

This time card app is so one-sided for the employer and no help to the employee.it is impossible to go back to the beginning of all your shifts, so you can check all the notes and time that your employer has changed and stolen from you by changing your time. We had the app for over a year and it was so difficult to navigate back towards the beginning it only let you go back a month before your phone froze, so you can watch a blue spinning circle not load your shift for more than month ago

Who gave this a good rating? Steals time from employees. For regular signing in and out it tracks accurately, but when taking lunch, it always rounds down the time worked. It doesn't round up, ever. This is to the benefit of employer, obviously. I had seen almost every day a round down of a minute or two. One time, I had seen a round down of 7 min for the day! Honestly, this is a class action lawsuit in the making. That being said, if you are an employee, track your time manually, or get cheated.

Used to work great, still paying for it, but it needs an update there's a bug on tracking hours for weekly or bi-weekly it adds up the incorrect total time, so I have to go through the hours and add it up myself each clock in which takes time. It would add the previous clock in and leave out the latest clock in
