I am running a small company with 3 full time employees and various subtrades. I was looking for one software to run my time tracking, file management and format all my reports and Sitemap is by far the best out of all the various software I tried out over the last 3 months. I have not been disappointed with the Pro package. I have had it for about a month now. Various issues here and there starting up, but the customer service is immediate and all issues have been resolved on the spot.

I am the project manager for a construction company and have had this app for 10 months now, and it seems like its in beta phase still. The customer service team is excellent, they do try to fix issues very quickly, but the amount of time that this app doesn't work compared to working is abysmal. For the last 2 months I have found myself not wanting to use the app and have transferred employees to free time tracking apps. So even though I paid for a year of this, I don't even use it anymore.
