★★★★★ An excellent app from SKF for assuring the genuineness of their bearings. Their response time is within 2 days, which is also excellent.

★★★★★ It is a very good app for verifying the authenticity of all SKF products. Response time is also very fast.

★★☆☆☆ App crashed when submitting photos and contact information. Deleted all content and told me it failed to send. Pixel6 on Android 12. Junk.

★★☆☆☆ The scan function doesn't work at all. You have to take a photo and send it to SKF and wait for an email reply. I don't like handing over my information. It's also very confusing. It asked for my info then asked for sender. So I put Rock Auto. The store I bought it from. But then the email they sent me was addressed to rock auto. Again this would all be a lot easier if the scanner just worked.
