Skill College: Employee

We at Skill.College (https://skill.college) is leading Network of Skill Colleges in Gujarat & India. We are trying to create an Eco-System and a platform for all the stake holders involved in Skill Development in Gujarat and India namely.

Our robust platform currently connects 10+ Skill Hubs, facilitates 30+ Degree Programs with 3000+ enrolled students engaged in studies and internships, and partners with 1000+ Industry Partners for placements.

Skill.College serves all key stakeholders with tailored functionalities:

1. For Public Users:

Discover: Seamlessly search for skill colleges and skill courses across our network.

Enroll: Easily enroll themselves for particular skill or vocational programs directly through the app.

2. For Employees & Staff (Counselors, Administrators, Faculty):

Academic Management: Efficiently check timetables and accurately record attendance for registered students.

Student Support & Outreach : Provide personalized support and counsel to students directly through our in-app calling feature as core functionality exclusively for our employees and staff. To ensure comprehensive student engagement records and enhance operational efficiency, our app seamlessly tracks call metadata (e.g., call duration, date, time, and associated phone number) directly from the device's call log.

This data is then shown in secure dashboards, which is crucial for assessing employee performance, optimizing outreach strategies, and ultimately, better serving our students.

Recruitment Management: Submit their hiring need requests directly through the app and efficiently track the progress and provide feedback on students hired from our programs.

Join the Skill.College Ecosystem and empower your institution, students, and industry partners to achieve excellence in skill development and career building. We want to expand this Initiative to entire country, which started from Gujarat.
