It was extremely unprofessional and unacceptable. Under the pretense of showing me how the app works, they went ahead and downloaded it from the Play Store themselves and posted a fake review saying ‘It was so helpful’ with a 5-star rating. To me, this felt like a cheap, low-class trick. I cannot believe that any educated, decent person or an employee of a reputable institution would ever behave in such a manner.
