SkowerSound

SkowerSound is an ambient sound mixer for sleep, focus and quiet evenings —
a soft, hands-on way to build your own white noise and city-sound mix instead
of picking a single pre-made track. If you fall asleep to rain sounds, work
better with a low murmur of a café in the background, or just want a calmer
room, SkowerSound lets you layer exactly the sounds you want, at exactly the
volumes and positions you want, and save the result to come back to any time.

WHAT IT DOES
Open the app and you land on a soft sky-blue canvas where each sound you turn
on appears as a floating, glowing orb. Drag an orb up or down to change its
volume, drag it sideways to reposition it on the canvas, tap it to turn it
off, or long-press it to solo it and hear it alone. Pull up the drawer at the
bottom to browse all 24 sounds across four groups — Streets, Indoor, Transit
and Weather — and tap any of them to add it to your mix. A master play/stop
button and master volume slider control the whole blend at once. It is a
tactile, visual way to build ambient sound rather than scrolling a flat list
of toggles.

HOW IT WORKS
1. Tap a sound in the bottom drawer, or tap a district on the Soundscape Map,
to start a mix.
2. Drag each orb to set its volume and where it sits on the canvas; long-press
to solo a sound, tap to remove it.
3. Save the mix as a preset so you can load the exact same blend again later,
or start a sleep timer so it fades out on its own.

WHY SKOWERSOUND
Most ambient-sound apps hand you a fixed list of tracks and a single volume
slider each. SkowerSound treats the mix itself as the thing you shape — sound
selection, balance and layout are all one continuous, visual gesture. All 24
sounds are bundled with the app and every recording is public-domain, so
there is nothing to stream and nothing that depends on a connection.

PRIVACY / DATA
SkowerSound works fully offline. There are no accounts, no sign-in, and no
analytics or ad SDKs of any kind — your mixes, presets and settings are
stored only on your device.
