10x better than last year. I noticed a difference in how smooth the bass is. the sound quality on the app got smooth, or the 540 active has a better sound quality than the evo's. Not sure but now I can blast the bass without any distortion. Maybe they have updated alot? Great work skull candy!!!!! I've never had a single problem with my crusher 540 active. The sound quality is actually impressive with a custom equalizer setup from the app. Just shut off your phone equalizer and use the app EQ

Thank you for bringing Grind to the Skull candy app. After a clean reinstall and firmware update, my earbuds sound amazing again. My only suggestion is to improve customer support. AI replies are helpful, but technical firmware and audio questions sometimes require a real support specialist. Great earbuds don't just produce bass—they make you never want the music to end.

Disappointed and regretful buy. I previously had the Skull candy Push Active and I just want to cry. They were perfect, and now they are made on the cheap. The Skull iQ app worked perfectly, and now they are deleting it?!? And this app won't connect to the buds. Selling them immediately as I won't be a victim of a company's worst product decision ever! The old earphones were mint as The Skull IQ app actually worked now gots nothing holding me to the company anymore. Y'allknowthisappisajoke

The Method ANC 360s are the worst earbuds I've ever owned. It doesn't seem like Skull candy cares enough to fix its app or product issues. I shouldn't have to pair my headphones Every day or constantly be forced into ANC mode. It also drops your battery 5% every few minutes, auto answers phone calls and will randomly turn on and off. Will I buy another pair? Probably not. ETA : the firmware update ONLY fixes the AUTO ANSWERING OF CALLS, BUT FIXES NOTHING ELSE.
