Can you please fix the remote control please?

I like it so much. Volume and Channel works but only for up button. I can also switch to YouTube and Netflix as well. Private Listening is working, and I can use my earphones so that I can listen using my phone, but this only works on the Sky Cable channels and not on Netflix or YouTube. This is so cool, but I hope they could fix the down button as well as on other functionalities of the app.

Arrow, Volume and Channel keys are not working. Kindly assist in updating this version, so we can use the app more effectively.

Some parts of the remote control does not work at all. The arrow buttons in the middle, the arrow up is the only one that works. When it comes to the volume and channel button, again, the arrow up is the only one that works. I'm hoping this would be addressed immediately. Thank you.

Most of the buttons do not work for example volume down, channel down, left right and down arrow keys. Also, private listening does not work and will not let u have the sound play through the TV again unless u turn off the actual sky box.
