My experience with Sky bell has been nothing but stellar from the customer service to installation. I've only had it a couple of days but for the most part it's working as it should. I have noticed some delay in notifications coming to my Android phone. Overall, I'm satisfied with the product at this point.

Edit March 2024: notifications no longer working as someone else posted. I downgraded the app to version 4.3.2(search google) and notifications working again. Works well with my Note 3, but you changed the motion detection notification sound to a barely audible chime on the last update (8/10.) Please add user selected sounds or at least give several choices, as I never hear the motion alert anymore. Also, a vibrate option would be nice!

This is the most useless app/device. I have never had it work properly in the 5 months I have had it. I don't get notifications, constantly lose connection for no reason and when the camera actually works the quality is garbage. Between not having a camera doorbell or having sky bell, I choose not having one.

Definitely wouldn't waste my money on this product, unless you enjoy having something that doesn't work. Consistently get notifications saying motion detected when nothing is nearby not even a fly. Stupid thing won't connect most of the time and syncing process didn't work, had to email the people at sky bell. Eventually when it was connected it would show up a black pixelated looking picture of the outside outlining some of the texturing that had shadowing, other times it won't show anything.
