You can use the marker on a map to select a pick-up location, but not the destination. Also, you can't use the map and marker to select the location on a map for saved locations. In these instances an option to use the GPS location should be used as some areas addresses are too wide. For example if I use the marker and then save it, when I come to use it for a trip it will be some distance away, instead of at the marker point.

My wife left her phone in the taxi, I phoned and asked the taxi driver if could it back. He was 10 seconds around the corner but was really moody, I won't be using Skyline again.

I've had nothing but issues with the app recently. It takes 30+ minutes for a driver to be assigned to me and calling to book for one doesn't help even if you've cancelled it because they just say you've already booked one, and you'll be put on a priority list, and it still takes ages to be assigned. I've had the app randomly change my payment method to cash and not let me change it back to card a few times, so I've had to double pay and then have to try and dispute it with my bank. Useless app.

I prebooked for an important Exam. The app let me book. But didn't assigned me a driver and couldn't for 20 minutes! I think Its disgusting that I can prebook a taxi for an important event and then basically be refused one with no notice. The app doesn't inform you it hasn't found a driver it informs you when it finds one but never did. Almost missed my exam, and this stress right beforehand could have affected my grade. I understand availability issues but I PREBOOKED. I RELY on this "service".
