Yesterday I booked a taxi to take me for an appointment, prompt service, lovely driver. When I got back home, I realized I had lost my glasses, I phoned the company, my driver had found my glasses, he brought them back to me after his shift had finished. I would like to thank him and the company for excellent service, it was much appreciated.

You can use the marker on a map to select a pick-up location, but not the destination. Also, you can't use the map and marker to select the location on a map for saved locations. In these instances an option to use the GPS location should be used as some areas addresses are too wide. For example if I use the marker and then save it, when I come to use it for a trip it will be some distance away, instead of at the marker point.

Worst taxi app and service ever. They lie on their app about the arrival time of your taxi. I was told the car was 6 minutes away, but it got stuck at 1 minute and the car would not arrive. I ended up waiting for about 25 minutes and was very late for work. The area I live in rarely has any serious traffic issues. I checked online and there were no issues on the road. I called their customer service line, and they lied about the time too. When the driver finally arrived, he was rude to me.

The taxi takes so long to arrive, the skyline taxis is unreliable. I had a terrible experience with them today. I booked a taxi and the driver said he has arrived, however on the app it shows the driver has not arrived, when I explained to the driver, he said the app is faulty. I went outside in the cold and the driver was nowhere to be found, after back and forth, I cancelled the ride, and I was charged for cancelling. If you value your time and peace of mind, NEVER USE SKYLINE TAXIS
