Paid for resources I was supposed to have lifetime access to. Recent update removed the resources. Tried to reinstall, uninstall, reinstall again, fiddle with the account. Nothing worked. Total waste of time and money. The old Skyscape was good, the new Omnio is a joke. If I could give it zero stars I would.

Stole my books Before Omni there was another company that owned this app. When they changed they deleted the books I paid for because they were older editions and they deleted them so I cannot download them from the website. I had $350 in books. They also played the trick of trying to make me pay for the Merck even though it is free. There is no one to complain to. Just buy the books themselves rather than use this company.
