I just changed to a new phone and my save reverted to when I was at ascension 3-5 on each character instead of 15-16, and it's saying that I have a run in progress every time I open the app from some time in the past I guess, but I can't make progress. It's the same thing even on the old phone now, so I can't get back to where I was.

Great game, bad port. It's just the desktop app with a mouse emulator. A very frustrating tap and drag experience, with tiny icons to boot. Tapping one card and then tapping the one next to it will trigger a drag motion instead of a select, and the tiny Confirm button requires 1-3 taps to work. Absolutely kills the flow. I regret the purchase.
