IT BROKE MY PHASER 2, which I was happily using alone for quite a long time. Decided to downloade this app out of curiosity about a year later... to see what it was all about. Opened it, it seemed to connect, and it said update firmware. Well... it's now stuck on "verifying..." and my phaser2 is useless now. So, thank you for making me waste $80 because you cannot build a proper app. Get some real software developers. *I'll change this review if my Phaser ever starts working...........

Worked until I tried the firmware update. Showed my firmware as v36, and v38 should be current. Hit update and now my sleep phaser doesn't work anymore. No lights, no breath monitoring, and very low sensitivity from the IR sensor. Shouldn't have put the feature in the app to control the light if you aren't planning to push new updates to all users. It takes way too long and too much money to get another Phaser...

Doesn't work with my sleep phaser v3, it never connects. Was hoping to update the firmware since the phaser only works half the time, but maybe I should be thankful it didn't connect seeing other reviews say it bricked their phaser.
