Was quite the hassel to register. When creating a Username First letter needs to be upper case Remaining letters need to be under case have to have an - or _. I hope I worded this correctly, and I hope to save many people the hassel of trying to register.

I would expect to be able to see the supplies I need and the next time it will ship or is available to order even if I am signed up for auto ship. Turns out that only one of my supplies was set up on the auto ship program, but I still didn't have access to see the other items that were not set up on auto ship. I expect to be able to adjust what is and is not on auto ship on my own, no phone call required.

You can order supplies on the app, but you cannot view your billing or make a payment. They never send notice that you have a bill due or take auto-pay for anything. I was set up with auto-pay to pay the monthly fee requirement by insurance. This was to last 13 months. They stopped taking the auto payments several months ago. Sadly it's the only supplier my insurance approves in my area.

Very odd I have had my CPAP for 3 months and all of a sudden I have been asked about ordering supplies. When I have tried to order was told nothing available, but items need to be replaced monthly.
