My health insurance provider asked if I wanted to try this app. I agreed as I never really thought about how I slept. The app is easy to use. The user interface is simple and repetitive. I didn't use the alarm or diary. I used the night tracker and recorder. I was surprised with the results. I was surprised that i) I snored sometimes but not constantly. (I already had feedback on that from you know who). and 2) I spoke sometimes at night. That was weird, really weird. Overall, i was happy to learn my average sleep times, wake up times, etc. The data helped me manage my down and up times to make sure I was indeed getting a good 7 to 8 hours of sleep per night. And they something happened. I had to have deviated palette surgery along with some sinuplasty. I had a massive infection too. The causes are beyond this review. However, was was interesting was to measure the results after the surgery. WOW. My snoring went down maybe 90%. I couldn't believe it. My sleep was much more sound. The surgery worked. But I could only prove it worked by studying the results over time from this app. It is a year later after the surgery and I still use the app.

This app will change your sleep habits and make you more productive and less tired throughout your day. The tools and videos are easy to follow and the challenges get your sleep habits where they need to be. just follow the instructions for tracking your sleep and you will get a report that lets you know how your sleep is improving. you can also link the app to your fitness tracker for more tracking of habits and a more in depth report.

Cant track my sleep if the app drains my watch battery at 3 times the speed... dead watch = no tracking. Sad face

Don't bother if you have a Samsung watch it doesnt connect even though they have an app on the galaxy app store for gear, total wast of time

Just used this awful app. Got asked 1000 questions about my sleep and all I wanted was to see my sleep data from my watch. After wearing my Samsung gear all night the app asked me how long it took me to get to sleep and how I slept... you idiot... If I wanted a diary if get one. Why doesn't the watch data push through. It says 'recorded without device'even though I started the sleep session on there. Basically this app doesn't work
