Ok my trial ended I decide to purchase. When I click on sleep challenge it shows the same info for unlocking premium no sleep challenge listed. What gives? I was excited to try but when I click open, it is stuck on the screen that says deeper sleep starts tonight. I have Uninstaller reinstalled still the same thing. EDIT: YES it works. I got it to work on the last try. Can't wait to see my numbers as the days go by.

Great customer service! App has a lot of potential. The only issue was that on Android it didn't support the new Google health platform. So I could not get it to link to any other accounts. So I reached out to the developer, and they offered me a full refund while they work on integrating the new platform. They responded quickly, and we're super supportive to help me out to try to figure out the problem and then offered me a refund even we realized what was wrong. Thank you!

The "meditate" feature doesn't work in the android version (it just says "an error occurred, please try again later" when I click on it).

Could not correctly identify wakings. Noise masks seem to cause greater disruption to my sleep. Also, what is the point of giving feedback on room noise if it is basically just reporting the noise the app is generating?

Scam. I did a free week trial and cancelled before it ticked over to the full subscription which was fine. I continued to use the free version when an ad popped up offering the full version with a free week trial again, but it wouldn't let me press the little x to get out of the ad. I give up, and just press free trial again, but then I am charged for a whole year? I tried sending an email asking for a refund but have not heard back. Not a bad app but I would like my money back.

Gradual alarm does not work at all so too bad if you need to get up for work. The shift between relaxation meditation into the sound mask is so jarring it wakes you up. The sleep data it collects is also useless. States I do not wake during the night but on several occasions I have gotten up, used the bathroom, had a drink and returned to bed. But apparently I don't wake. Would not recommend.
